Refund or Exchange Policy
At Mashroo we leave no stone unturned to avail you best products and services. However, at times circumstances may come that you wish to cancel, refund, or exchange your order. To ensure you attain utmost satisfaction from our services, we would like to share with you our policy, considering some frequently raised questions. Let’s start:
How to cancel my order on Mashroo
On the off chance if you feel the need to put such request, we will be able to help only in following circumstances :
For inside and out cancelations by you:
- If you place an order in prepaid method and scratch off your request before your product gets delivered, we will not be able refund the amount paid. However, if by any means there is an issue after your item has been sent:
- It will be qualified for substitution, only if there is any flaw found with the item or mistakenly we sent a wrong item.
On the off chance that you think, you have gotten the item in an awful condition or if the bundling is messed with or harmed before conveyance, please decline to acknowledge the bundle and restore the bundle to the conveyance individual. Additionally, please call us at +91-9920977671 or drop a mail on email@example.com saying your Order ID. We ensure that promptly you are given a replacement at no extra cost. However, we’d request you to keep the item tag and packaging in place when you send it back to us.
Aside from condition saved thus over, the accompanying items might not be qualified for return or substitution, viz:
Any item that shows physical harm to the container or to the item;
Any item that is returned without all unique packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, links, and every other thing initially included with the item at the season of conveyance;
Any item without a legitimate, intelligible, untampered serial number, including however not constrained to items with missing, harmed, changed, or generally ambiguous serial number;
Any item from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been expelled from its unique bundling.
Items purchased from mashroothobe.com can be returned for genuine reasons like sizing issue, manufacturing defects etc.

Once we receive the product we shall send the replacement accordingly.
1- This service is available only for our customers in India only
2- Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging with the tags and labels intact.
3- All logistics charges will be borne by the customer.
4- We will exchange the product for another one as long as it is available in stock. So we recommend you take the clarity over email or phone before sending the product back to us.
